Is something that I still have a year I was operated (April 24th ) and I don’t believe it. I lost 70 pounds, my weight was 180 pounds and obviously my life changed; it’s incredible the security you got when you feel and look good and healthy.

Now, I don’t have limits to eat, because I can eat everything but in small portions; and sure I take care of my health and I don’t feel guilty when I eat and feel that you didn’t broke your diet. I do some exercise and every day I feel better. It’s a healthy life style, because they teach you how to eat correctly.

Hello everybody. My name is María Iliana, I ‘m 20 years old. I want to share with you the best experience of my life. The past February 8th, 2008. I decide to be operated with a Gastric Sleeve, which radically changed my life. I never thought about the excellent results I have actually in my life. The recovering was amazing. The following day after the surgery, I was walking around the hospital’s corridors, I didn’t feel pain, only some discomforts, but everything into the normal way.

Before the surgery, everything was a nightmare; go shopping or go to the street with all that overweight I had. Now my autoesteem is better. I feel Very good and I am surprised that how my eating habits changed. Now I have 9 months after the surgery (April 10th) and I lost approximately 90 pounds. I know it’s a long way, but I’m going to make it.

My goal is not so far, I have the support of Nutriologist Gisela and Dr. Olivares. Really I recommend 1000 times, if you are prepared to give to your life a 360° about turn, go on, it’s the better decision that you can take. Thanks to all, but specially Dr. Juan Carlos Olivares.!!!!
